Viktória Takácsová
Mgr. Viktória Takácsová, LL.M. obtained her Master's degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2013, successfully passing the final state examination and defending her thesis on the topic "The Right to a Fair Trial in Criminal Proceedings in the Case Law of Czech Courts."
She was awarded the professional title of Master of Laws (LL.M.) for completing her studies in International Criminal Law and the Law of International Organizations at the University of Birmingham, where she wrote her dissertation on the topic "The ICC Must Adopt Better Marketing and Management Strategies to Effectively Fulfill Its Purpose."
She gained legal experience during her studies through internships at a bailiff’s office, the Office for International Legal Protection of Children, the Supreme Administrative Court, and a debt collection agency. After graduating, she worked for one year at a law firm engaged in general practice and completed her legal trainee period in a law firm focused on civil procedural law, contractual relations, enforcement, and insolvency.
Following her successful completion of the bar exam, Viktória worked as an independent attorney with a general focus for one year. In 2022, she joined a team specializing in substantive private law at a medium-sized Brno-based law firm. However, she later returned to her original focus on procedural law, which she continues to practice today.
Professionally, Viktória specializes in civil law, family law, and litigation. She also offers expertise in debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency proceedings. Additionally, she provides legal advice in the area of criminal law and has extensive experience representing clients before courts.
Viktória is fluent in English, Slovak, and Czech, and has a working knowledge of Hungarian.
