Richard Kozáček

Richard is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University (2016), where he successfully passed the state final examination and defended his thesis on "Immunity of International Organisations as an Obstacle to Access to Justice". He successfully passed the bar exam in June 2022 and is registered in the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. In January 2023 he was also registered by the Slovak Bar Association as an established European attorney.

Already while studying, Richard had professional experience in the legal department of the Baillif´s Office. Subsequently, he worked as a junior associate and later as attorney in the law firm's department focusing on litigation, insolvency law and debt recovery.

Since September 2024, Richard has been cooperating as an attorney with DRV Legal, focusing mainly on insolvency law and litigation.
