Nikola Hamáčková

Mgr. Nikola Hamáčková graduated from Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in 2013, where she passed the final state exams and defended her thesis ,,The Limits of the Contractual Law from the View of the Legal Regulation of the Public Orders“. During her studies she worked as a paralegal at law office, where she gained experience in law practice.

Nikola worked for the law firm DRV Legal as a junior lawyer since 2013.

Nikola passed Bar Examination under the Czech Bar Association in 2017. Since then she has been working as an attorney-at-law in DRV Legal.

Nikola’s main area of expertise is labour law and she also focuses on civil and commercial law.

Nikola speaks English.
