Kateřina Holušová

Mgr. Kateřina Holušová graduated from Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, where she passed the final state exams and defended her thesis „Self-employed versus limited liability company in terms of tax burden“. During her studies she worked as a trainee lawyer in the law firm DRV Legal, where she gained experience in law practice.

Kateřina worked for the law firm DRV Legal, s.r.o. advokátní kancelář as a junior lawyer since 2014.

Kateřina passed Bar Examination under the Czech Bar Association in 2017. Since then she has been working as an attorney-at-law in DRV Legal law firm.

Kateřina’s main area of expertise is bancruptcy law and she also focuses on civil and commercial law.
