David Vaníček

Mgr. David Vaníček, Ph.D. completed his study at the Law Faculty of The Masaryk University in 2004. After his graduation he worked in the reputable law office in Brno as the junior lawyer and during the same period he attended a doctoral study at the Masaryk University. In 2008 he passed state doctoral examination, defended his doctoral thesis on topic ?The Criminal Liability of Entities? and he also passed Bar Examination. Since 2008 he has been member of Czech Bar Association and practicing attorney-at-law.

David predominantly specializes in legal services connected with the business activities. He provides legal services in field of the commercial law (corporate law, law of contracts, unfair competition, due diligence, acquisitions), international private law and international commercial law (especially international sales of goods and other contracts with foreign element), real estate law (property transfers) and protection of rights resulting from the intellectual and industrial property (especially software protection and license agreements).

David is fluent in English and he also communicates German.
