We are pleased to announce that we had the honour to advise JET Investment on the sale of TEDOM to the Japanese Yanmar Group!
Our lawyers successfully supported JET Investment in this important move, which involved the sale of one of the world's leading manufacturers of CHP units. The Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) was successfully signed in early September, laying the foundation for the further development of TEDOM under new ownership. Once the necessary regulatory approvals are completed, Yanmar Group will become 100% owner of TEDOM and will strengthen its sustainable energy activities.
