The M&A team led by partner Tomáš Antal in cooperation with associate Magdalena Rozlívková advised the 2JCP Group in connection with the domestic merger of 2JCP Třebíč a.s., as the merging company, and 2JCP a.s., as the successor company. The merger completed the process of unification of the 2JCP group, which began in 2021 with the acquisition of the Třebíč engineering company under the then name of PBS INDUSTRY.
