DRV Legal's M&A team, led by partner Tomáš Antal in cooperation with attorney Vít Brejša, advised Jet Base SICAV (a member of the Jet Investment group) on the sale of BENVIG HEAT TRANSFER s.r.o., a Czech manufacturing and engineering company. The shareholders of Montáže Přerov a.s. together with other investors were on the buyer's side.
