On 24 May 2023, the 15th International Scientific Insolvency Conference organised by the Harry Pollak Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency at the University of Economics in Prague will take place. The opening panel of the conference will feature a presentation by our partner Tomáš Rada on Cross-Border Insolvency KORDÁRNA - From Bankruptcy to Successful Exit to Strategic Investor.
