M&A team under the leadership of a partner Tomáš Rada and senior associates Radovan Majda and Zdeněk Chroust provided legal consulting to Jet 2 Alfa, s.r.o., belonging to Jet Investment group, in an acquisition process of 100% share in the company TEDOM a.s., which focus on production of cogeneration units and which achieved in the last year EBITDA EUR 16,8 mio and employs app. 900 employees. DRV also represented the buyer before the Czech Office for the Protection of competition.
