M&A team of DRV Legal under the leadership of partner Tomáš Rada and senior associate Tomáš Antal provided legal consulting to Jet 2 Beta, a.s., belonging to Jet Investment group, in acquisition process of 70% share in Czech company 2 JCP. The transaction included a Czech company with a production plant in the Czech Republic and also its subsidiaries located in the United Kingdom and United States. 2 JCP employs a total of 315 employees in three countries and is a global supplier of equipment for gas turbines, submarine systems and pressure pipes, food and packaging structures.
