M&A team of DRV Legal under the leadership of partner Tomáš Rada and senior associate Tomáš Antal provided legal consulting to investment fund Jet 1, investiční fond, a.s. in process of sale of MSV Metal Studénka, a.s., which included also a Polish daughter company Kuźnia Ostrów Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o. The sale is expected to be completed in the upcoming months after approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
