M&A team of DRV Legal under the leadership of partner Tomáš Rada and Tomáš Antal advised JET ALFA, a.s., belonging to Jet Investment group, in process of sale of BENET AUTOMOTIVE, a leading automotive composite and component supplier in the Czech Republic, to Teijin Holdings Netherlands B.V., which belongs to a group of Japan-based multinational company Teijin Limited, a world leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of technologically advanced materials and products. The sale is expected to be completed in the upcoming months after approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
