M&A team of DRV Legal under the leadership of partner Tomáš Rada and Tomáš Antal provided legal consulting to a group of shareholders in process of sale of KORDÁRNA Plus. The transaction included one production plant in the Czech Republic and one plant in Slovakia. The sale is expected to be completed in the second half of 2018 after approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
