In Jarov, s.r.o., that was successfully concluded in June 2018. T.E purchased 1.4 hectares at Jarov from the German investment company Zeitgeist, which owned the property for three years. Developer company T.E plans to build a multifunctional district mainly with apartments. T.E estimates their number around 600.
