DRV Legal team under the leadership of the partner Dušan Dvořák successfully carried a company CP Praha, s.r.o. (a development project CENTRAL PARK PRAHA) through the insolvency proceedings, including preparation and execution of reorganization plan. We are pleased to announce that insolvency court issued a decision on 16 August 2016, in which he confirmed the fulfilment of the reorganization plan and the reorganization was successfully completed.
