With effect from 1th of September 2011 there was an increase in certain court fees. Acording to information from the Ministry of Justice, the purpose of the Act on Court Fees is not only a reflection of social and economic changes, but this amendment introduces some conceptual changes that should prevent the use of calculated, bullying or petty actions. For example, the proposal for change of the business record of a company is subjected to a fee in amount of 2000,- CZK.
